As Paul Menser of Biz Mojo Idaho has discovered, Scientec has decided to expand operations in Idaho Falls. At more than 76,000 sq. ft., this marks the first big project for Idaho Falls this year. Earlier this year, the city council voted to use the “Costco Ordinance” which waves certain fees to help draw large businesses to the city.
Look for this project to be given a quick thumbs up by the city. Officials from Scientec expect to break ground this spring.
